All our Chefs and Bakers were up very early this morning to receive our suppliers and to start their cooking day. This is a daily occurrence as we only use fresh local and seasonal ingredients in everything that we cook. Our food is really tasty as a result of using the finest of seasonal fresh ingredients prepared by a most professional and proud team of Chefs.
We make everything by hand so if you would like a variation on a dish, our food prepared in your own dishes, special dietary requirements just phone our kitchens and talk to Niall Hill our Executive Chef.
