Set Sail with The Butler’s Pantry at the Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta 2009
The Butler’s Pantry are taking to the water again as food sponsors of the Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta 2009 – this is their third year as sponsors since the inaugural event In 2005.
Volunteers and participants in the Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta will be in for a treat yet again this year. ‘Food on board’ is provided complimentary for all volunteers working over the weekend. Regatta participants from all four clubs and visiting boats will be able to avail of a healthy continental breakfast and lunches specifically designed for on the water. All can be ordered on line and in advance and collected on the morning of sailing. And for those in a real rush a rib will be in the water to deliver directly to boats as required.

Dedicated supporters of home-produced Irish food, The Butler’s Pantry are running a mini Artisan Market taking in the Royal St George YC. On Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th they will be showcasing some of the best artisan suppliers to The Butler’s Panty - Ummera smokehouse, James McGeogh artisan butcher and Gubbeen Smokehouse, Marc Michel’s baskets of organic fruit & veg – everything you might need for a BBQ this Summer, accompanied by delicious chutney and relish made by Janet Drew and Crossogue. Old favourites will also include the best of The Butler’s Pantry cupcakes, muffins and world famous chocolate chip cookies! Sample fresh Irish strawberries & organic vanilla cream, Eton Mess, crepes and lots more.
The Butler’s Pantry are also sponsors of the ladies lunch in both the Royal St George and The National YC on Saturday 11th July supplying gifts for all ladies who lunch and two prizes of both a Dinner party for 6 and a summertime hamper to the value of €100.00
The Butler’s Pantry have been involved in sporting activities for over 5 years and advocate a healthy lifestyle and eating fresh, wholesome food.
