Goats cheese and apple pate with Janet’s red pepper relish
You will need:Soft goats cheese 200 grms
Basil 1 tbsp chopped
Garlic 1 clove
Granny smith apple ½ apple peeled and diced
Cream 150ml
Janet’s red pepper relish
Method
Cream goats cheese in a food processor with garlic in cream.
Transfer into a bowl and fold in diced apple.
Chill for 1 hour.
Serve with any of the butler’s pantry speciality or brown breads and Janet’s red pepper relish.
