Chocolate Fondant
Ingredients:200g Bittersweet chocolate
200g Unsalted butter
4 Eggs whole
4 Egg yolks
80g Caster sugar
55g Flour
Method:
Melt butter and add in chocolate and melt
Mix eggs, yolks, sugar and flour together
Add melted chocolate and butter to the egg mixture
Grease some foil cups with melted butter and coat with coco powder
Spoon in the chocolate batter and fill 2/3
Bake at 180c for about 12 minutes, the centre should be still soft
Tip out on to your serving plate
