One of a small handful of producers in Cour-Cheverny. The estate covers 20 hectares and boasts vines up to 80 years old. In 2008, the winemaker began converting it to organic viticulture, and biodynamics followed in 2010.
Soft notes of peach, apple and acacia on the nose, with delicate minerality and subtle savouriness.
Chicken and vegetable tagines, chorizo based dishes.
