Domaine Paul Ginglinger is a family-owned estate located in Eguisheim, a fairytale village just south of Colmar (Near the German border) with a long winemaking history. The production is certified organic. Michel uses no chemical pesticides or mineral fertilisers, preferring to allow the plants to find their own equilibrium. The result is concentrated, balanced wines with great purity.
Crisp and slightly spicy, with subtle notes of apple, peach and pear.
Perfect with Asian influenced dishes.
