The village of Cupramontana sits between the eastern foothills of the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, where the land is criss-crossed with rivers and valleys carrying cooling breezes inland. This is the historical heartland of verdicchio production, the Classico zone for Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, named after the fortified medieval towns clustered near the hills. cultivate 10 hectares of vines here, working organically in the vineyards and using indigenous yeasts and minimum sulphur in the cellar.
Wine Description:
Peach, ripe apple and grapefruit with a hint of bitterness on the nose and the palate is beautifully textured, full, with plenty of freshness.
